My name is Miguel Ramirez and I am the host to the Sasquatch Theory Podcast! In 2019 I encountered a clan of Sasquatch and I was able to lay eyes on them several times! I started creating content in hopes of capturing these things on film! I began reaching out to like-minded people who have had encounters of their own to better understand the phenomenon! I have spoken to many people in North America who have close-up encounters with these creatures! I have been doing research by learning more about their behavior according to eye-witness testimonies that have been shared with me! On this episode of Sasquatch Theory, I interview Ray from North Carolina about a terrifying experience he had deep in the woods near his home. One night while outside near the forest, Ray began hearing loud and aggressive vocalizations coming from the trees only about thirty feet away from him. Something large was moving through the vegetation and violently shaking trees back and forth. The sounds quickly escalated into what Ray describes as a brutal struggle that sounded like something killing a deer in the darkness. The thick vegetation prevented him from seeing what was responsible, but the power and intensity of the sounds left him shaken.

After retreating to his home to grab a firearm, Ray returned to the area to investigate. What he found was disturbing. A deer was lying dead in the woods with broken legs and strange bite marks on its body. The deer was already stiff, and the scene raised many questions about what kind of creature could have caused such damage. Was this the work of a known predator… or something far more mysterious roaming the forests of North Carolina? Encounters like Ray’s continue to surface across the Appalachian region, where dense forests and remote wilderness still hide many unexplained mysteries.
